The purpose of this petition is to bring the murder(s) of James Boyd to justice. This man was murdered in cold blood by Albuquerque police department. Shot in the back and murdered at long distance with no regard to human life. These officers need to stand trial in a Capital Murder Case and let a jury of there peers decide there guilt.
