align all federal employees and contracts with the new definition of "full-time" work week of 30 hours per week vice 40.

The Affordable Care Act re-defined "full-time" work week as a 30-hour work week. Since current federal employees and contractors work 40 hours per week in order to receive benefits due to the old definition of "full-time", the federal employees and contractor's work hours clearly need to be adjusted to the new definition that the 'law of the land' has set. All federal contracts and employee guidelines must be changed to require only 30 hours of work per week for full time individuals. This would allow for all current benefits to remain, while not unequally benefitting some citizens over others.
