Lift New Jersey's unconstitutional and unrealistic gun laws.
Make N.J. a Shall issue state.
Remove magazine capacity limits.
Remove Restrictions including but not limited to
-Fixed butt-stock.
-No bayonet lug.
-No Flash Hider.
-No Threaded Barrel
(as none of these make the weapon any more or less of a threat.)
New Jersey's Supreme Court deemed that your second amendment right does not apply outside of your home. Not only is that completely unconstitutional, and even sounds wrong.
