Resolved that all 50 states and territories in the United States of America should acknowledge, honor, and reciprocate on Concealed Carry Gun Permits issued by another state or territory, as long as a federal background check that ensures the recipient has NO mental health issues and NO criminal or misdemeanor records/citations (other than traffic infractions, not including drunk driving).
