I believe Congress should allow all 50 States to secede from the Union if Donald Trump is elected. This would be a positive petition for all parties involved. It would allow Donald to be POTUS like he wishes, but like a class president in 4th grade, he will have no real power and be unable to start World War 3. It also allows all the states in the union to remove themselves from the larger US and be able to create smaller more unique nations, similar to the disbandment of the USSR(except hopefully better). The final clause of this petition would be to add Puerto Rico as the only state after all others have seceded because I think that it would make Donald's head explode. Sorry Puerto Rico, but you will get to be a state, so glass half full.
