Any material item possessing or bearing the image of the American flag, must be made in America. This including, flags, stickers, tee shirts, signs. The materials making these items must also be produced in America, this including inks, cloth, paper. Legislative action needs to happen for this.
This would simulate the economy by job creation. We, as Americans, don't need this "ideal" outsourced to another country to be produced by non-American citizens.
