All broadcasters who hold FCC licenses must give free air time to all valid political candidates during election season.

Created by E.T. on January 19, 2013

The President of the United States can instruct the FCC to mandate that all FCC licencees (TV and Radio) offer free airtime to valid candidates for public office. This single change would mean that we would have choices of candidates that are not millionaires or supported by wealthy special interests. This change would also allow our existing elected officials to actually work for us instead of spending all their time fundraising for the next election. This action does not require congressional approval so it could be accomplished by Presidential action alone.
