All of Congress and the Senate should not be paid when they can not balance the budget and can pass a budget

All of Congress and the Senate are no longer to be paid by the federal government. They are to be paid what the State they come from deside to pay them. They are to get the same health care as we get no more military health care for them. They are no longer to get retirement pay unless they have served for 20 years and they then only get 38% of there base pay from the state to which they serve or less if the state feels that they deserve less.
