As per The UN charter no country can violate any country's territorial sovereignty,let alone meddle in the internal affairs of a country.This is exactly what India has been doing with complete impunity over the years(arrest of RAWs operative kulboshan in Balochishan) that could exacerbate the situation,and trigger a nuclear war.Why is America reluctant to castigate and highlight Indian involvement in destabilizing Pakistan?.Is it because of India's role in containment of the China,and their Asia-pivot policy that gives them a license to do whatever they want with US patronage?.
