That all employers must respond to every applicant with a reason why they were not hired.

So many times you apply for a job and here nothing back. You wonder if they got it. Colleges have to tell you why you don't get in, banks need to tell you why they won't give you the credit. I think it's time employers need to tell you why you did not get the job. Some do, but most don't. It's maddening you take the time to answer a million questions and they don't have the decency to give you a reason.
