If you have income of any kind no tax.
Don't want to report it ! Keep it.
Just pay tax on what you buy. Even inport/export.
We pulled the banks out now, let the banks give the
money back as income until the Gov. can let them on
there own.
What happen? Money shows up that was outside the
U.S.A.
