All Federal Politicians take a 10% pay cut, and switch from government funded pensions to 401K's

All 3 branches of the government both parties have been doing a very poor job of running our country. Since they cannot work together to cut spending they should have their pay cut as a result. Also most everyday American have 401K's instead of pensions the politicians we pay should have the same
