Those Countries have the Means to Support their Citizens. That Aid/Funding deprives all American Citizens of vital Resources ie. Clean Water, Homeland Security, Food, Affordable Housing, Living Wages, College Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Education and Mental Health Services vs Prison for Non-Violent Offenders, Police Training. We can not Police and Rebuild the World. We share the Planet with other Humans with concerns and voices that need to be heard and respected.
