The Federal Budget must be balanced. The entire Federal Budget and each agency will be audited annually for areas of waste and mis-management. Annual audits will be made by an independent, non-governmental agency. Any waste or mis-management found will be deducted from the following years budget in the amount of double the waste. All duplication of services by governmental agencies will be eliminated with an elimination of government workers. All audit findings will be released to the media and the American People.
