This petition is to prevent the abuse of government funds to people who are habitually using illegal narcotics and or drugs. This petition is to protect welfare and funds from being distributed to citizens who test positive for drugs. If a person or persons have the means of locating funds to purchase illegal narcotics and or drugs, they should not be granted government assistance. If a person(s) are granted government funding or assistance, they will be subject to submit to a random, monthly urine sample. This will alleviate unnecessary and costly funding to citizens who are not deemed indigent. All funds that are not approved should be transferred and increase the funds to assist the elderly and veterans more.
