The reason I am writing this post is due to the french war against mexico .The Mexican army fought and stopped french advancement into the united states in reason they helped Lincoln win the civil war for all man kinds human rights.If the Mexican army lost then we would have lived under the confederate rule I am requesting the white house to recognize it as a holiday due to slavery being abolished in America.With in reason they allow this to be a holiday it also helps with our freedom as well with that in mind we the people have celebrated this as a holiday to the full extant because we have recognized the bravery the mexicans army of them defeating the French troops under Napoleon army.This is for all human rights to be equal and to respect their traditions....Thank you for reading this..
