Healthcare costs are not reasonable. Much of this results from the arcane and illogical charges billed to consumers for services that are not alligned with any market driven costs. The charges are hideen from consumers and need to be made public so the institutions can be held accuntable for the part they play in the unreasonable cost of healthcare.
