We ask for an abundance of cleaner energy, and what better way to start than at some of the most frequented places in America?
Other reasons include:
When natural disasters strike, sometimes people can't evacuate. Solar/wind powered hospitals could still provide emergency care without fear of power a outage.
When you were in school, how many times did you lose power over a simple rainstorm? About five times a year if you were at Channelview High, Houston, TX. If they had greener energy, then maybe the education level would go up a bit?
Tired of smelly gas and smog in the streets of cities? We all are. Then we ought to change that public transportation up a little by now, right? Just add a solar panel on top of each taxi/bus or something.
