When receiving food stamps, WIC or any other type of government assistance individuals are subject to reception without verifying drug free persons. In a country where 90% of employers have in place a "drug free" policy I believe the US should do the same to ensure that persons are not taking advantage of government aid and using extra monies on drugs or illegal substance. A law like this would keep funds more readily available for persons who actually need them, drug free : Single parents, low income families and disabled persons.
