All judges, elected politicians and appointees pass a min. 50 question test to demonstrate knowledge of the constitution

Created by P.M. on January 09, 2013

All elected politicians, political appointees, judges and high level employees swear an oath to uphold the constitution of the United States of America. Yet, there is no requirement to demonstrate a detailed or even limited knowledge of the constitution. We must insist that the front line defenders of our liberties show proof of knowledge of our constitution. Most professionals are required to demonstrate knowledge by exam.
