To many bias, unjust and unfair judgments are given to certain groups of people here in the USA. Judges are known to be bias in the sentencing of people of darker skin.
Depending on the race of a defendant it becomes personal instead of Law. If laws were the same there would be a balance as to population and imprisonment. Judges and counties officials get monetary benefits for over lengthy stays from bias judgments. Which is only modern day Slavery. Judges shouldn't have that authority when it should be known to Everyone if a crime is committed what the sentencing will be not leaving it in the hands of one person, the judge.
