All action on gun control measures shall be public and televised. All votes on gun control measures shall be broadcast, and the votes shall not be secret.
On all legislation pertaining to the Second Ammendment the original intent of the authors, and the statements in support and opposition at the passing of the Second Ammendment shall be included on the first page of any gun control bill or ban, because the original intent of the Second Ammendment has to be clairified and validated without the fog of judicial precedence.
