That all members of Congress to have term limits as well as limits to two terms. The Congress needs to be reformed.

This is to reform Congress and attempt to have a Congress that works for the people and not for themselves or special interest. The same people get re-elected and causing stalled situations. Congress needs to start listening to the people. Career politicians tend to loose focus.
