All members of congress must read bills before they vote on them.

Created by A.J. on December 27, 2012

Many members of Congress vote on bills without reading them. Some bills seem to be so lengthy -- thousands of pages long -- that laws are enacted without getting sufficient attention. Congressmen should be required to read every word of every bill before voting. Congressmen should have ten days to read each 250 pages.
