Since there is great war on drugs ragging through these United States, and since a majority of members of congress have expressed their outrage and disgust that welfare recipients and other TAKERS may be using goverment funds to purchase illegal drugs; then the members of all three branches should stand up themselves and be accountable. I resolve that every member of the three branches of the government who received monies from the people of the United States shall be required to take a randomly drug test yearly. They will be test for legal prescription and illegal drugs equally. Each test result shall be published publicly. There is no penalty for failure aside from exposing the hypocrisy.
