Elementary schools have it so why don't we? It is a proven fact that after kids play, their focus improves. They get a chance to release all their energy BEFORE class instruction time starts. Recess eliminates most "talking out of turn" and "calling out" in during class. Also, many students are involved in year long electives such as chorus,band,drama,etc. so they can waiver out of physical education. What if those kids aren't involved in after school sports or sports teams at their school? Recess is the only answer to solve this problem.
