Create legislation that mandates that ALL military vote, active, reserve or veteran is COUNTED FIRST in ALL ELECTIONS.
Special provisions should ALWAYS be made for any active military personnel who are on deployment in harms way in any foreign country, fighting for our freedoms.
If these brave and honorable men and women will risk their LIVES for the United States of America, their votes SHOUILD ALWAYS BE COUNTED FIRST.
It's a disgrace that their votes are rarely counted, if at all
