Effective IMMEDIATELY : ALL non-military occupied federal land be remanded to the chosen state/s of it's residence. This includes : libraries, museums, monuments, parks, wildlife preserves, etc.
Employment from their maintenance and operations are to be put to LOCAL government payroll. Profits of the tourism and internal business from these lands, parks & monuments are to be given to said states for the upkeep of these places.
