All non-US persons w/ID for non-citizenship will have date of expiration on card. Non-citizens with US citizen children may have no expiration date. Persons that have no card with them will have address verified and issued summons (fine); no-show will have ID electronically changed to & expired, no-show. Persons without card and not registered will be held for security check, fine and/or deportation, they may be registered and/or re-registered (with comments electronically annotated.) Finger or Footprint will be electronically printed w/full picture showing face (w/out glasses) on all cards. Electronic copies of birth certificate registration/citizenship and current visa will be on ID. If allowed to drive vehicle, card will be annotated and used as DL. US citizens must have similar.
