To many people including my self can't afford a lawyer to expunge crimes off criminal records. What happens is we end up with horrible jobs we are way over qualified for because that is all we can get with a not so good past. It is sad that people who commit crimes to make ends meet end up with another fee just to be equal with everyone else. There are good workers out there that will get past up just because of a mistake made so long ago. Don't let it be that only the well off can get a fresh start. I truly believe the fees and legal mumbo jumbo is class warfare intended to keep certain groups from success. Sex offenders should be on registry forever other then that people deserve a chance without a legal fee.
