All pay for political offices (Leg, Exec and Jud branches) will revert to 1980 levels if there is not a balanced budget

To form a more perfect union, and one that those who have been elected are held accountable for it's well being. For any year that the Spending of the Federal Government Exceeds the money taken in Via all Revenue streams, ALL Elected officials shall loose 1/3 of their annual salary.
