A badge or armed job is no excuse to carry a firearm while under the influence of drugs and alcohol. These role models must set an example to the community and others. This means no drinking at establishments with a firearm or carrying a firearm over the State limits for a DUI. If caught while intoxicated the penalty shall be double, and the person shall lose their job after the second offense is committed.
