Submit a 28th amendment to Constitution to Congress in 2013 for passage and subsequent state ratification:
"All people are created equal, regardless of race, age, gender identity or affectual orientation towards other persons."
As a nation, we embrace the historic declaration that "All men are created equal." Once freedom took root in the United States, it grew to be more inclusive of citizens regardless of race and gender. Yet, the national psyche is left to wrestle with the shortcomings of this centuries old concept that helped define our nation's independence. We, the people of the United States, demand our Constitution to absolutely settle any debate about the equality of U.S. Citizens.
