We the people demand that all persons seeking a federally elected position first pass the same immigration and naturalization test given to persons seeking citizenship in the United States, prior to and within 6 months of an election.. This is to prove the applicant understands and knows the words, spirit and heart of the Constitution of the United States of America.
In recent events, 47 United States Senators demonstrated a comprehensive lack of understanding of the US Constitution, and due to that lack of understanding, imbued themselves into an International peace negotiation, possibly damaging any hope of an agreement being reached.
