We cannot waste the White House's valuable time with petitions that are insincere, done just for the fun of it. We need to assess petitions to determine if they are true concerns of citizens, and not just for fun and games.
An example of insincerety is a petition for a state to secede from the union, created by a person who is not of that state and cannot represent the feelings of the people.
