All Police wear cameras on their uniforms when at work

I am tired of Police abuse I want every officer to wear a camera while on duty and that for every violent arrest they make a shooting or hurting a human that they are drug and alcohol also that they are not allowed to be on their cell phones they are at work how can they protect and do their job if they are on their cell phone
The police are hurting and disrespecting to many people
I want to live in a land where i do not have to fear the police when i am a law abiding citizen
I want to see a police or sheriff smile at the children
the children are the future and when they come from poor areas a smile instead of a frown can make all the difference in the world
It seems the forget they work for the people not against the people Thank you for your time
