Probate Judges and Family Law - Currently in the United State all Probate Judges are elected with no studies in the field of law. These judges are the ones elected to govern our land and our personal asset. How can one apply the law of the land when you do not know what the law is? There-by depriving the citizen of the United States fair and due process of the law. How you apply the law if you have no knowledge of the law your applying. This gives absolute power to the judges, and takes away land ownership from individuals.
