All public K-12 schools to be protected by a Federally employed/benefited trained armed guardsmen (preference to vets)

EVERY publicly run K-12 grade school in the US shall be appointed a minimum of 1 (one) full-time federally employed/benefited trained armed guardsmen. Hiring preference goes to honorably discharged US veterans.
