All Publically Funded Educational Institutions to protect our children by having a certain % of educators trained/armed.

All Publically Funded Educational Institutions to protect our children:
1. Train a % (TBD by a congressional/other study) of educators by local law enforcement to use firearms.
2. Arm said educators with visible side arm that are loaded.
3. Require regular training sessions and instruction with local law enforcement.
4. Authorize said educators with the use of lethal force.
5. Encourage and implement a law enforcement to educator program.
6. Enact this policy to keep cowards from attacking our educational institutions and harming our children.
Security guards are not needed and neither is billions of dollars when a balanced and sensible approach like this is taken.
