All State Justice System up hold the law and sentence of punishment for those that break it equally regardless of status

This Petition was created on behalf of all Citizens of the United States seeing how ridiculous it was that people wrote petitions for two cases these past years on behalf of Justin Bieber and Ethan Couch, I petition that we should do what Europe does, and anyone who becomes an endangerment to themselves and to others the way they do go to jail and then prison for a time. No one gets special treatment for such a wreck less endangerment act. I believe by doing this less drunk driving and money spent, etc. No matter how rich you are, you go to jail then prison for a time and you pay. And no prison, or rehab center should ever be fancy and cater to the rich. That is not a way to teach a lesson or change an epidemic of growing reckless rich children.
