All United States Citizens have a RIGHT TO VOTE in all primaries that have any amount of funding by the US TAX Payers.

As we hold the right to vote, as citizens of the United States, and there is a box we can check to contribute (or not) $1.00 on the IRS Federal Tax Return, all citizens should be allowed to vote in their district/state in primary elections; this right must not be limited by a requirement to belong to a specific political party.
