The U.S. constitution does NOT say you have the 2nd Amendment right unless you are a convicted felon. It gives the right to ALL people and states " this right shall not be infringed upon". Yet this "government" thinks they can regulate it. That is the first step towards a police state. If EVERYONE is allowed to own a firearm crime rates will drop. "Criminals" will know that if they kick in a door they will probably get shot. Sign this petition if you support the constition and our uninfringeable rights.
