All weapons should have a tracking device in them and a finger print lock on them.

Although I believe in the right to each family having guns to protect themselves. They need better ways to control the trade and the ability to obtain illegal guns. I think tracking devices and thumb print lock should be mandatory on all guns! The local Police department could develop a computer monitoring system. And have live operators to maintain it. Even though it would require more employees. It would make the mortality rate go up. It's a realistic approach to chaos and criminal activity.
