I see a driving accident every single day on my 1 hour commute to work each morning.
Is it really intelligent to allow people to drive on the streets for years without being evaluated?
Why not increase state revenue with DPS approved safety courses, which are made most-available through the internet. Why not increase the safety of others on the streets, and reduce accidents and injuries. Why not require drivers to be fully adequate to drive, every year?
Just because someone has a license, does not mean they can drive well, or be knowledgeable in the subject of, nor have logical reason to abide by, any of the rules set forth originally, considering they are not important enough to be evaluated upon other than once in one's life. Ridiculous.
