Allan's Law named after my son With regard to Allan S. State of California County of San Joaquin Family Law.
Allan's Law forces Judges and court Commissioners to be held to answer for all that they have taken thus far from the common wealth of the United States. Allan's Law enacts the Family Law Court Rooms across the usa to record all hearings and trials every day for a minimum litigant review time of 60 days. Thus garanteeing there will be record for appeals to the pro se litigant whom has no idea that unless a court reporter is present, what the Judge says is rule! All with no reversal request able to be granted due to no record of the hearing for the proof of he said she said accountability stuff. Thus also forcing Judges and courts officers to be liable for the bias and misconduct.
