Alleviate drought seasons on the West Coast of the U.S.

Help California end it's decade long drought. The CPC (Climate Prediction Center) sees no relief in site for California unless we see a strong El Nino weather pattern. They are not hopeful. If we can move oil, we can move water, a much more valuable commodity. Let's help the environment, economy, agriculture, jobs market, and our health in one fell swoop. Moving water from the heavy precipitation and flood-prone regions of the U.S. to the drought plagued communities makes sense.
