Allocate 100 acres of Montana to me

Created by B.C. on June 26, 2014

I am a hard working, enterprising young American. I have an advanced degree and am working on a doctoral degree. I also have massive student debt that will probably never be paid off because of the manner in which the student loan system in the United States is structured. As such, I will realistically never be able own my own home and will be locked in a perpetual cycle of relative poverty while I work as an academic in American higher education (If I am lucky enough to find a job).

I am asking that the United States allocate 100 acres of government land in Montana to me, so I can build a modest single level home. I will spend my days mending fences, cutting firewood, and riding my horse with my dog running alongside it.
