to allocate 7 billion dollars for the state of California & NY for building new highways in high traffic area's

we all know what the situation on the crowded roads does to us
plus drivers falling asleep by the wheel ,air polluting, waste of working time
burning a lot more gas ,
here in NY we desperately need more bridges over the Hudson & east rivers
