To allocate money set aside for the presidents vacations and golf outings to fund tour of "We the People's" house.

Since "We the People" own the White House, technically we should be able to visit when ever we want. However due to security issues it is best to have tours. We want money allocated to the president's vacations and golf outings to be used instead for the tours of OUR house. It cost $76,000 to run the tours for 1 week, even though this seems high, it is estimated that it costs the taxpayers $1M+ to fly the president 1 way in Air Force One. Therefore cuts should be made to his vacation budget and allow the people to visit THEIR house.
