Allocate more funding for Mental Illness Treatment and mental illness education

This petition will be used to try and get the U.S. Government to allocate more funding for the opening of mental illness treatment facilities, as well as helping to educate more people about what qualifies as mental illness and what the best course of action would be. With this petition, I only ask the government to consider the request, but would like them to be aware of how many people are currently struggling with mental illness and how expensive decent treatment can be.
